HELLO,I CALL THE HOME OWNER DIRECTLY AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE INSTALLER (JACK) WENT AROUND MY BACK AND GOT THIS JOB WITHOUT ME KNOWING ABOUTFIRST TIME I HEARD ABOUT THIS SITUATION I GOT IN TOUCH WITH HOME OWNER AND ASK HIM TO GIVE ME A CHANCE TO FIX THE BROKEN TILES FOR HIMAND HE AGREE TO LET ME GO AND FIX IT
