Horrendous experience Went for them to witness / notarize a very simple document and the clerk started giving the most incredible reasons why they couldn't do it It didn't look he was trying to sell me their lawyer services either When asked about his supervisor, he told us that he didn't have a supervisor, nor anybody to report to when I rephrased the question It was almost a surrealistic I went to another notary public and had the service provided within minutes

*** The only time I got a timely reply from the lawyer/owner was the first time when he was trying to recruit businessEverything after was a messWe met at the Richmond Hill office a few days prior to closing and there was no privacy at allWe waited for minutes because the documents were not readyThere was another lawyer at the office and he didn't even bother to greet usAfter the clerk did the paper work he just stampedThen they messed up with the date of closing and they blamed on the fax being unclearOn the day of closing they had no idea when the key to the apartment wasThey said they would call me about the key and I had never heard from them afterI had to make so many phone calls and finally I got the key from the builder days after closingTerrible service***
