I signed a new contract with SAFE (previously I was with MONI) in July I was told their dealer AxGuard Security would payoff the last two months I still had on contract with MONI I forward the payoff email to SAFE but two months went by and I did not receive a check I was paying both companies for two months, SAFE and MONII called SAFE numerous times and they would advise me that my request was still "being processed." Finally, I was told to contact the dealer directly, who would actually be sending a check to me, AxGuard (*** * ***) I called the number several times, through out the day, and it would only go to voicemail I got a different number off their website (***) and a man actually answeredHe didn't even say the company name when he answered so I wasn't even sure I had the right numberHe said he'd have another check mailed out to me It is now three months later, and I still don't have my refund check of $ I wonder how ma
