The primary issue was waiting for the sash frame to arrive from China in order for the customer to sew on larger fields of
materialThe sash frame was finally delivered to the customer today 4/14/There was a very extensive delay in receiving this partAxiom America had repeatedly and on many occasions tried to address this issue with *** who is the manufacture of the machine, but encountered a lack of communication from the vendor on the item
Since the installation of the machine there has been several other parts needed that where provided under warranty
Through out the whole process the service coordinator and technicians have been responsive on their communications with this customer
Axiom America will be sending out a technician this coming Monday April 18,to address any concerns or issues the customer has and to ensure the correct use of the sash frameAxiom will be doing this free of charge
At this point we are working closely with the customer to ensure their satisfaction with the machines
After our service visit next week, we will provide further response on this situation
