I sustained all the update promising letters from her, it will be years in September and I am at a total disgust, as friends who were happy for me see the agony I have waited nearly two years, only to come up empty and lied to

Review: I left my Vehicle with [redacted] and [redacted] of AXIOM AUTO BODY & GLASS on October [redacted], 2011, through recommendation from a family friend. In lieu of some sluggishness from the insurance company, I instructed them to debit my Bank of America account $500 in November, and on January [redacted] 2012 they received full payment of $2,800.28 for repairs from Geico via check (#[redacted]). After receiving full payment in the amount $3,300.28 by January [redacted] 2012 repairs were only completed on November on [redacted] 2013.They then demanded another $3300 from us over the phone before releasing the car, and refused to provide a breakdown of cost to justify their demand. Another cash payment was made in December of $1000 in Cash but a check for $1800 was never cashed by the company. We then realized they put a lien on the car with intentions of keeping it, Yesterday I drove out to AXIOM and with the assistance of 3 police officers was allowed to take my vehicle home after paying them an additional $7000 (only accept in cash) and only If I signed vague receipts with only balances but no other details.Desired Settlement: I would like them to justify the $11,000 paid by myself and Geico for repairs done to my 1989 Jagua VDP. and the 28 months it took to complete.Best, [redacted]
