I felt [redacted] , our home inspector, was very knowledgableHe went above and beyond what the state of TX requires inspectors to do on home inspectionsThe home had a minor gas leak in the water heater (major to me, since I am a mom of two small children)He had the tool to check for gas leaks (he said most inspectors don't have it since they aren't required) [redacted] talked to me for about min after he completed the inspection over the phone regarding the leak and answered all my questions without sounding rushed (even though my husband was there with him and could have relayed the message to me)He also told me to call him after we get in the home if we need anything and he will try to get us in contact with the right person
