Axiom Insurance

They were my insurance agent, when my policy was cancelled I called them to renew they took my number never called me back. There is much more. I received in the mail today 7/9/14 a policy listed with them as my agent that I never authorized or approved or even knew about since I last spoke to them I already received a policy from a different agent and when trying to call them I get put on hold or hung up on when I try to ask why I have this policy.Desired SettlementI want to not be charged for a policy I never authorized and I believe this is falsified.
