I am rejecting this response because:I called the Revdex.com today and spoke to them about this complaint.  The woman I talk to looked into thing and let you know that it is your responsibility to reach out to the specific office in question to help resolve this matter.  If there were a listing on your website for the Rexburg office and a listing on the Revdex.com for the Rexburg office then I could send the complaint to them directly, but since the Pocatello office seems to be the main office the complaint is coming to you.  Also when I called the Pocatello office directly they were able to forward my call to the Rexburg office (who hung up on me), so obviously the two offices are connected and should be able to resolve the issue together.
