Unfortunately on the axiom website the only contact info (phone or address) is the Pocatello office. The same is true on the Revdex.com listings, so there is no way to file a complaint to a separate Rexburg office. It seems the only way to contact Axiom to resolve this is through the main office in Pocatello. If you could forward my complaint to the proper office and have them respond using the main office as a middle man that would help get this resolved. Or if you could make sure that the separate offices are contactable through the Revdex.com then I can refile my complaint directly with them
Axiom Properties is currently in the process of responding to the ***'s complaints about their neighbor smoking There are certain steps that we legally have to be followed The various complaints have been dealt with with heavy fines per the lease An eviction due to lease
violation is in the process, however, this does take time We do our best to enforce the terms of the lease but there are certain processes that we have to follow if someone choose to violate the lease terms We hope to have this issue completely dealt with shortly We have asked the ***'s to contact the office each time they smell smoke to help speed along the process This way we can assess fines and violations per the lease each time to expedite the process The ***'s called the end of February and hadn't complained about smoking until yesterdayA fine has been issued per the lease based on the complaint and another "Lease Violation and Eviction Notice" has been given to our server to be delivered to the tenant We are still in the process of pursuing the previous "Lease Violation and Eviction Notice" We understand the frustration and are empathetic towards the issues that the ***'s are having We have to follow the lease and Idaho code and sometimes that just takes time.Other issues and complaints we have had from the ***'s we have done our best to rectify We have made several concession with rent credits and alteration of lease terms and issues several apologies on an issue where the contractors that Axiom hired completely dropped the ball

I am rejecting this response because:I called the Revdex.com today and spoke to them about this complaint. The woman I talk to looked into thing and let you know that it is your responsibility to reach out to the specific office in question to help resolve this matter. If there were a listing on your website for the Rexburg office and a listing on the Revdex.com for the Rexburg office then I could send the complaint to them directly, but since the Pocatello office seems to be the main office the complaint is coming to you. Also when I called the Pocatello office directly they were able to forward my call to the Rexburg office (who hung up on me), so obviously the two offices are connected and should be able to resolve the issue together
