NO MORE PAPERWORK! MONEY HUNGRY or Lack Human Touch (Management)?
In the process of moving across country, we were told that it would be to the discretion of the apartment manager whether he could BACKDATE the MOVE OUT NOTICE portion signed by my spouse (CO-LEASER) on July 8th to match my signature on June 30th so that both would show as a 30-DAY NOTICE. This seemed like a reasonable request but his answer was non-negotiable FINAL ANSWER ATTACHED.
Our lease there was reasonable. We made the most of our experience and tried to keep an open line of communication between my wife and I, and for the most part they were responsive.
One thing we would like to see improve is management and human touch. We rented from a property manager who we met once our entire stay. However, every issue that arouse was to go through him. They never turned out favorable, regardless to how reasonable a request was made. For example,

I have previously lived at a Axiom managed property When I moved to another apartment complex, I right away noticed and missed the way they ran things, their standards , and attention to detail I am moving out of state and will be returning to a Axiom managed property and am looking forward to it!
Choose elsewhere if you are considering one of the poorly run properties managed by AxiomThey turn a blind eye to the psychopathic ways of their landlords and will throw their tenants under the bus for moneyTheir website will show this as well, they are for profit and will evict over non monetary issues such as noise complaints and then sue for the remainder of the rent owed on the leaseIf you seek a peaceful place to reside, do not rent from this neglectful, abusive company
