Axiom

Mr. [redacted] has responded to the Axiom rebuttal regarding his complaint. Axiom has proven that there was an authorized contract stating the amount to be paid monthly and that he understood how to cancel. The company has also proven there was no exit survey. In fact it was a customer satisfaction survey which an Axiom representative responded to. At no time did he state he cancelled, wanted to cancel etc.... He said it was no longer his problem. That does not constitute a cancellation.  Please see the attachments and review once again. If there are complications with any verbiage the Revdex.com representative will be able to assist. 
What the company has done was stop attempt to collect on the last payment. This ensures that ABC financial would not try to contact or collect regarding the last monthly amount that was due to Axiom in accordance with the contract Mr. [redacted] authorized. 
Since the last contact in club with our operations manager the member has been harassing club management via call and email:
10/20: email sent to management threatening other methods where he will conduct a smear campaign against Axioms "good name" and we should knock ourselves out. 
The last email was sent 10/23: He is threatening to contact Veterans groups regarding how he was treated as a member of our armed services. There is no way that we would know nor could we ask veteran status. Here is an excerpt. "Maybe it's my age plus the fact that I served so long ago... probably before you were born... but it occurred to me after listening to an NPR segment on Veterans... that hey, I'm a Veteran also. An old 63 yo Vet who actually volunteered to serve his country after graduating from high school in 1971. A Vet who remembers vividly holding a dying soldier in hi lap as his brains oozed out of his skull. Maybe I didn't think about my service because I was suffering from delayed onset PTSD? Who knows? 
Axiom has a proven track record of responding to legitimate complaints and offering to work with the client. The management team should not get harassed due to someone not following their contractual obligations. We request Mr. [redacted] does not contact and threaten club management any more.

Review: Our business involves self-distributing our beer (we are a small brewery in Astoria Queens) via a van. We contracted and paid in full to have AXIOM install a wrap that would brand our van. This is a primary source of visibility for our business and we rely on this. The installation was poorly done - many of the wrap pieces started to peel off within days. After weeks of trying to contact AXIOM to resolve the issues and provide a proper installation they did finally respond by admitting they installed the wrong wrap and needed to redo the project with the correct wrap. Since that conversation they have not been in touch with us and do not respond to emails, voicemail or texts. Our van looks shabby as a result and this hurts our brand image. It is clear to us in hindsight that AXIOM is not qualified to install van wraps and they should never have taken on this project. Given the startup nature of our business, we are anxious to resolve this dispute - a refund is critical so that we can afford to pay a qualified company to install a proper specification wrap.Desired Settlement: Because we have no confidence that AXIOM will provide the proper installation (they clearly have had no experience doing this sort of work) we require a refund.
