No to be trusted !!!
They lied about our tickets! Charged our card, hold our money for days and the only explanation they gave us was" Sorry"The manager never bothered to call us back
They don't care about their clients!

We he have attached the response we have submitted to Ms[redacted]. She had written to us several times regarding this matter. She has the following complaints which we addressed with her and now are showing you as well:- That she was not informed that she had purchased two...

separate tickets: a) Please find attached the original email sent to her before purchase that clearly indicates two separate tickets.b) Please find attached her credit card authorization that also states two separate tickets c) Furthermore we recommended and offered travel insurance which would of covered her in this case. She declined the travel insurance.- That she lost her phone.This happened before she stared her tr ip. She could of simply called us from a pay phone or emailed us and we would of gladly reissued her the tickets at no charge. Instead she paid the $902 dollars to Air Serbia. We cannot get that money back from them.We had offered her a single ticket but the cost of $1800 per ticket was too expensive for her and she opted for the cheaper tickets. At savings of over $700 per ticket even with the extra expense she is still way ahead.

The business is stating that they help their customers after they purchase the ticket if they encounter any kind of problem as I did. They ignored my numerous letters, emails and complains. Finally they responded with a negative answer for me. No reimbursment for anything. At least they can reimburse half of my expenses and settled their bills with Air Serbia, who overcharged me and they do business  with them on a daily basis. On the iterenary it does not say SEPARATE TICKETS. I DID NOT KNOW that they were separate. The  last paragraph that they underlined about separate tickets and any kind of problem encountered by airlines involved is a pasanger problem and responsibility. That page was not originally sent to me at the time of purchase, and it does not make much sense for a business to advertise themselves in that way.  They sent it to me now after the dispute. They did offer the travel insurance but explained that you have to pay first for any encountered expenses and afterwards file a claim ,if approved will get reimbursment. Not the way that they are stating now for travel insurance. In any event,  I trusted them and I believed that they are an honest company. They  exist only from peiople from former Yugoslavia residing in different states of USA and purchasing the tickets with them. I already spread the word about THIS SUCH AN UNRELIABLE AGENCY, WHO DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS ONLY FOR THEM TO MAKE MONEY. How can they say that I got the cheap tickets and even with unnecessary expenses it is still a "good price". It is the price they are offering as a travel agency. I agreed to be on 4 different planes and it is OK,  if they issued me connected tickets and Lufthansa would've pay me the expenses, because of the late flight. BUT THEY WERE NOT CONNECTED. I will still send the Complains everywhere possible , to all entities and Government Agencies that they will all know how this travel agency is screwing up the customers and are very rude towards the customers, THEY DO NOT CONDUCT THE BUSINESS IN THE WAY EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD DO IT. Thank you.
