Finally a response
Finally got a response to my emails. My order is being sent out and he did say he’s doing the work of 4 people by himself. So thank you Axion sports.

Never received order
Ordered from Axion 3/22/22. Here it is 5/11/22 and still have yet to receive my
Order. Also have emailed 5 times now with no response and called, also no response. Not a reliable company at all. Obviously a scam cause they sure did take my
Money. Do not order from this company.

This complaint is not completely valid Ms[redacted] NEVER submitted her numbers to us via our website so the order was never comlpeteted, Most of the teams in this event had no numbers on the front of their jerseys, so we cannot pick for them We were only emailed three times and the first email was responded to, but after looking into it, it was returned for some reason ( I have proof of this ) Seems there was an electronic glitch This was neither parties fault The 2nd email was just a few days ago and we were out of state working and then came home to a snow storm, so we are playing catch up and the 3rd email was just yesterday We get over emails a day and when we are bogged down by circumstances that we do not control things fall behind I can not and will not issue a refund on this order because we took the required photos at the event Ms[redacted] will need to go to our site and browse the games and from there pick her photos We have delivered most , if not all the other orders from this event and all t hose customers submitted the numbers as needed We need Ms[redacted] to do the same and if there are any other outstanding orders, they need to do the same We just got an email from one of the board members the other day and he had been out of town and he very nicely let us know that he was going to be submitting his numbers to us soon He did not ask for a refund because we had done nothing wrong So please send us your photo picks and we will happily make this and send it to you right away

The customer should have received this order It went out the day after we were made aware of the complaint

This order has been designed and will print in the next few days Therefore it will ship early next week and should be in [redacted] 's hands later next week

So you feel like others are experiencing the same thing and you leave a Revdex.com complaint I made sure at the tournament, that we rold EVERY customer about delivery times and that we were getting ready to movePLUS, the contract clearly says delivery is to weeks EXCEPT during the busy season, which is now To get a complaint from a customer from an event that is this recent is just rediculous This order will be delivered soon, but I WILL NOT issue a refund and this customer needs to read the contract that THEY SIGNED and remove this complaint because it is falseYou will have your order soon

HEre is a simple question If we have proof of shipping and you just verified it, then why are you not contacting the post office Our customer service has been fine IF I am not mistake, you even admitted to receiving the collage already Call the post office and have them investigate your package We did our job as promised

Once we have the pictures in hand or a refund, I will drop the complaint and not until then Regards,

This order is already completed and the customers should have it in the next day or two

I just emailed this customer the other day and thought we had forward motion on this order Order is in process and we will be calling him to get payment for the additional part of the order this week

Our volleyball team ordered and paid for team photo over months agoWe never received our picturesTheir voicemail is always full and they randomly reply to my emails with excuses and stopped answering when I requested a full refundI have even supplied copy of our original receiptThey are running a scam!!!

While I can sympathize with this customers situation, I cannot accept their lies about it We have responded many times to their e-mails and we have mailed their product and they know this We even provided tracking information from the post office where it showed the package was delivered I will be accommodating and remake the order and resend it, but ONLY when this posting is removed since I have all the proof showing that we shipped and it was marked as delivered by the Postal Service

We have been doing this for twelve years and EVERY customer has been told that they have to pick them selves The contract that YOU signed even says you have to submit photo numbers to us You can say that my last response will not satisfy you, but I will offer nothing else because that is a fair response and should have been handled that way in the first place, I will await you picks and then we will make you order for you
