As stated in my previous detailed phone message. The issue with Twin Glass is resolved. My wife made the complaint. At the end of the day, [redacted] took care of things,and the real problem here was that the issue was at our beach place,and we were never able to meet at our condo unit... face to face,and we were working through intermediaries.
