Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Based on the pictures provided, the diagnosis that fixing the mechanical problem responsible for the issue is incomplete As stated in the original complaint, the secondary damage caused by the mechanical issue has resulted in the entire unit being permeated with mold, and therefore unsuitable and unhealthy for use The recommendation should have been for replacement, as mechanical repair is insufficient. Related to this complaint is the inability of the technician dispatched to communicate effectively in English Had we have been able to carry a dialogue with him, we may not be in this mutual situation Moreover, the refrigerator is in worse shape than when the Axis technician arrived on-site At least before the visit it was only leaking water, and it was staying reasonably cold Six hours after the technician left, the fridge rose to ambient temperature and has remained there At the bare minimum, this smacks of incompetent service At worst, our refrigerator was deliberately sabotaged by the technician The unprofessional attitude of the Axis office manager did not help matters Unfortunately, this type of experience is not unique to AXIS as evidenced by their star rating on YELP with numerous consumers reporting the same issues See for yourself: ***The least AXIS could do is apologize for sending an incompetent, non-english speaking technician and for further damaging the appliance The best they could do is report to the warranty company that despite the mechanical issue, a replacement is recommended due to the secondary damage.
Regards,

If I could give negative stars, I wouldAvoid this company and don't make the mistake of letting them in your home!!!
I made an appointment through Frigidaire for an under-warranty repairThey had a hour window to show up (3-pm), and came nearly hours late without so much as a call -- it was almost pmThe man who came clearly knew nothing about double wall ovens and had to phone a friend (twice) because he didn't understand the problemHe spoke almost no English, so I couldn't explain the problem to himI did my best to show him ( the thing buzzes and only half of the fan works)After speaking with his friend, he asked me how big of a deal it was that my 4-MONTH-OLD, THOUSAND DOLLAR APPLIANCE didn't work perfectlyAfter minutes of speaking with his "friend who knows a lot of these," he clearly had no idea how to fix itI wasn't comfortable with him taking apart anything at this point, so I asked him to leaveAND HE IGNORED MEHe apologized for being late and explained maybe what the oven is doing is (Frigidaire confirmed it was not)But he didn't really know and asked where the manual was for the bottom ovenIt's one appliance-- one manual for both top and bottom oven! Fed up with his lack of professionalism and appliance knowledge, my husband had to demand he leave and walk him off our property
How this company stays in business with rude, untrained employees like this is appallingI did not feel safe with this man in my home and I would not trust him to work on any of my appliancesI will be calling Frigidaire back and asking for a new appliance company to service this problem because I will not let an Axis Appliance Repair employee in my home again!

This complaint is absolutely useless and illogical.  Our technician diagnosed the problem and provided report to the warranty company what needs to be done to fix it. If customer wants new  refrigerator, they free to buy it. Our job is to repair refrigerator. If customer doesn't want...

repairs, they need to contact warranty company for the options. We only do repairs that are approved by the warranty company.  And tech is not required to enter into the argument with you. His job is to find the problem(which he did) and tell what needs to be done to fix it (which he did).xis Appliance repair is not buying appliances for customers and reports situation As is.If you wanted us to lie about condition of your refrigerator, you need to know that it is a contract violation. We honor our relationship with our customers ( first American home warranty)Best regards

1 This refrigerator can be repaired. If it can be repaired it is contract violation and also against our interest to recommend replacement. It is also just silly to replace refrigerator because of drain line clogged. It is up to insurance to cover repairs or not. Also it is up to insurance to replace appliance or not. 2e have nothing to do with it.
2 dirt/mold can be cleaned. If customer want us to clean it it will cost 300$ to do what we can to clean it. Also customer can clean it themselves if they like. Cleaning and cosmetic defects are not covered by the warranty. and we don't work for free.
3 to finish repairs customer had to provide access to the appliance (there was a risk to damage refrigerator or cabinet pulling it out). customer refused to cooperate. As soon as customer changes the attitude and starts to cooperate, refrigerator will be fixed in 48 hours. It could be fixed same day, but if customer doesn't want repairs who are we to insist.

The man who came clearly knew nothing about double wall ovens and had to phone a friend (twice) because he didn't understand the problem. He spoke almost no English, so I couldn't explain the problem to him. I did my best to show him ( the thing buzzes and only half of the fan works). After speaking with his friend, he asked me how big of a deal it was that my 4-MONTH-OLD, THOUSAND DOLLAR APPLIANCE didn't work perfectly. After 30 minutes of speaking with his "friend who knows a lot of these," he clearly had no idea how to fix it. I wasn't comfortable with him taking apart anything at this point, so I asked him to leave. AND HE IGNORED ME. He apologized for being late and explained maybe what the oven is doing is normal (Frigidaire confirmed it was not). But he didn't really know and asked where the manual was for the bottom oven. It's one appliance-- one manual for both top and bottom oven! Fed up with his lack of professionalism and appliance knowledge, my husband had to demand he leave and walk him off our property.

Review: Axis was recommended by my home warranty company. They made an initial repair on September 19th to my refrigerator which had Freon leaks. The refrigerator worked fine for 3 weeks and then I was advised by my home warranty company to contact Axis for a recall and resolve the issue of another Freon leak. I have not had refrigeration for 3 weeks because Axis could not send a repair person for 1 week. The repair person showed up on Oct. 21st and stated he did not have the right tools to find the leak and make the repair. Even though it was the middle of the day, he could not complete the repair. Axis then wanted to reschedule another appointment for 1 week out. I demanded they come sooner and they scheduled an appointment for Oct. 24th. They called me on the 24th and stated no technician would be coming due to him not having the right tools for the repair. They reschedule me again for today, Oct. 28th and no repair man has shown up or called to say they were not coming. I will call them in the morning and continue to try and resolve this issue as my home warranty will not issue another repair company. I have expressed the urgency in resolving this issue with Axis and they have been unresponsive and they are hard to reach on the phone. Any matter in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. They should not be a referral for First American Home Warranty.Desired Settlement: Please fix my refrigerator as soon as possible. Remove this business from First American Home Warranty program.
