Design drawings took longer than originally factored due to zoning issues Permits also took longer than anticipated Factory lead times also increased since the original contract signing as well Some of these factors were beyond our control The first floor was not 100% complete from factory Most finishes had to be site built The entire second floor is conventional construction as well So longer lead times are required for the entire second floor as well Work has been progressing steadily as we have had guys working continuously We are sorry the anticipated time frame is not to the homeowners expectations We are however working to get this home completed as soon as possible
This subcontractor's workers were arrested for stealing from the house next door to our customer when working on this project [redacted] would never show up when he said he was going to show upWhen he did show up, he was always lateHe would promise to be at a job and not show which caused customers to get upset and eventually seek other contractors to complete the workOn numerous occasions we had to higher new subcontractors to redo or fix what Fernando did because it was done incomplete or wrongHe then began to bad mouth us to our customers, which actually caused this customer to kick us off the job before paying us for the work that was already completedHe was the reason for the problems and instead he blamed us for his mistakes
