To whom it may concern,We had done a bid for Mr*** *** to take care of a problem with his leach lines. This job was completed but led to a discovery of problems in his drainage system inside the home. Most of the drain pipe inside the home has been run either level or at an
incline. This leads to the problem of improper drainage. We then gave MrSharif a bid to repair the issues. MrSharif was unhappy with the price and we gave an additional discount. He has not accepted the bid for the interior work. At this point we have given him our rock bottom price and are unable to lower it any further. Mr*** problem of the standing water in the backyard around the area of the leach lines is due to a high water table and is noteffluent water. ThanksRichard B*** Jr

The original complaint also included a complaint about the drain that was dug for the sump pumpThat was not addressed in the responseIt is unusable and pipes were placed for a temporary fix that did not solve the problem eitheri currently have a yard with a big trench as well as pipes laying in it that will need to be cleaned up and fixedThere was a request made to do testing to make sure the leach field is working correctlyWe were told via text and calls that it would be done, to date that has still not been doneI have included the invoices as well as the guarantee for the work that was completedI have also had several other plumbing companies as well as excavation companies look at our system and none have mentioned any indoor pipe replacement as was stated in the response
