Review: On April 18th, we purchased large, custom-built conference room tables from Axis Displays. At the time of the order, the vendor committed to a two week delivery schedule. More importantly, as part of the order the tables were to be built with space for inset power, data, and video cables.The vendor did not only not meet the two week delivery schedule promise, but avoided communications with us on several occasions. On the few occasions we were able to connect, he made multiple commitments to deliver within a few days, all of which were missed. The tables were finally delivered at the end of May.When the tables were delivered, they were not to specification in terms of the cutouts specified above. At the time of delivery, the vendor re-assured us he would have a crew out the next day to complete the order (which was paid for in advance). A crew not show up the next day to complete the work.Several attempts were made to contact the owner in the weeks since delivery, and on three occasions he committed again to have someone arrive the next day to complete the work. In each case no repairmen arrived. Additional attempts since then to contact the vendor have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: Would like the work on the tables to be completed as per our agreement.
