There are several issues with the "complaint" from Mr***First, the owner of Axis Management is NOT the president of the HOA board nor has be ever been on the boardThis is falseThe president is clearly listed as one of the actual owners in the Kelly Farm HOASecond, the board of directors approved the flyer for the pool to be inserted into the notification packetthis was at no cost to the HOA as the pool printed their own flyersThe Pool approached the Board and the board agreed to allow the flyers to be insertedThird, an email was received and a response was submitted to Mr [redacted] regarding his most recent inquiry of the fenceThis was sent to him againFourth, the Board made the decisions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:[RESPONSE]:I am thankful for getting a response from Axis Management However, its unfortunate that it takes contacting the Revdex.com to get a response to e-mails and a follphone message Thank you for contacting me As of 03/22/2018, I have not received a response to the e-mails I sent (I've checked all folders) Additionally, I have not received the requested documents and other information I requested, nor did anyone from Axis Management simply acknowledge the request and give me a time frame for when I could expect to receive answers to my questions, and/or the other information I requested These a very basic customer service principals, and good business practices It seems like we have a text book case study for what happens when information is not communicated effectively As a homeowner within the Kelly Farm neighborhood, it is distressing to me when there is allegedly a large capital expenditure (i.edestruction of a private wood fence, and the replacement with an improved masonry fence, which was allegedly paid for by the H.O.A.) I say allegedly, because I can't get my management company to communicate what happened from start-to-finish, that resulted in the final decisions Was there a meeting? If so, when, where, and what was discussed at the meeting? Where are the meeting minutes? Who applied for the permits? When did the bidding process begin and end to choose the construction company? Why isn't there more transparency in the decisions and actions of the Kelly Farm H.O.ABoard? Why is Axis Management not effectively communicating the actions of the H.O.ABoard? The [redacted] is a private entity from the Kelly Farm H.O.A., yet we receive marketing material for this private entity, which makes no sense, except that Kelly Farm H.O.ABoard members are likely Class A members of the [redacted] , and they have a personal interest with increasing the membership This is another example of the conflicts of interest I see occurring How is Axis Management advising the Kelly Farm H.O.A., so that they don't continue to make foolish decisions? Isn't that one of many services you're supposed to be providing?Regardless, please have the attorney who represents our H.O.Acontact me, as I'd simply like an explanation of the process that occurred (from start-to-finish), that allegedly resulted in a large, non-customary capital expenditure (i.efence construction) with H.O.Amonies Additionally, please communicate with the Board, that large capital expenditures need to be communicated to members of the community prior to construction occurring There's still a fiduciary duty, a duty of care, duty of good faith, duty of loyalty, etc., owed, and I think the Board needs a reminder of that Regards, [redacted] ***

Axis recently took over the management of our HOAWe have lived in the same neighborhood for years without any problemsSince Axis took over they continue to since violations to us and all of our neighborsEach time we have called in they are rude and speak down to youAxis even told us that there were several violations throughout the neighborhood and there would hundreds of thousands in finesI spoke with the local PD and they said HOA's do not enforce public roadway that is job of PD and CityAxis would not hear any of this when we called and said they will enforce it

directors approved the flyer for the pool to be inserted into the notification packet. this was at no cost to the HOA as the pool printed their own flyers. The Pool approached the Board and the board agreed to allow the flyers to be inserted. Third, an email was received and a response was submitted to Mr. [redacted] regarding his most recent inquiry of the fence. This was sent to him again. Fourth, the Board made the decisions.
