buy a car we disclose everything to them so they can make the educated decision
to purchase or not to purchase the car. I have attached the Buyer’s Guide and the purchase agreement with all signatures
so you
can see that we did our job to inform the customer.In response to the complaint: We told them what was wrong
with the car, we indicated the car may not be legal to drive on WI highways and
we gave them hours to return the carThe customer made the decision to keep the car after taking
it home, they signed all documents indicating the condition of the car when
they purchased it, and they took on the risk of buying a year old car that
clearly had problemsWith these facts and us disclosing the condition of the car
at the time of purchase we will not be paying for any repairs or buying back
the car or exchanging the car for a different one. If there is any questions the customer may have or Revdex.com may

took it for a test drive, and it drove perfectly.We explained to you that we needed to do an inspection on the car,you told us that was not necessary, but we insistedThe inspectionwent great, everything checked out well.The car is a Nissan Sentra with 93,milesWe explained thatthe car was being sold as is, and you were fine with that and signed allof the papers reflecting that.You called us a week later to tell us that the car had broken downAtthat point, we told you to have it checked out to determine what theissue wasOn December 2, you called telling us that it was anengine problemOur representative told you that he would get back toyou with a plan to help you with the repairs the next day;unfortunately, the next day he had a family emergency and could notget back to youHe called you the next day, December 4, as soonas he got into the office with our planHe explained to you that wewould be happy to complete the repairs at our cost for everything;parts and labor, that would be a significate savings for you and wewould not profit at all on the repair.At that point, you conveyed to us the fact that you would not exceptthat and that you wanted a different solutionBut that is what we areofferingYou did buy a year old car with 93,miles on itYou didsign all of the paperwork stating an as is saleWe are still willing torepair the vehicle at our costWe feel that is a fair compromise.Sincerely;Somerset Sales & Leasing, inc

control we are not going to pay for the repair*** took responsibility and

of your vehicle, you stated that you have had some problemsWhen you purchased
your Jeep Liberty it had 179,miles; you took delivery with no problems
When you purchased the car you understood that it was an carAny car
purchased with those miles will be AS-ISNo warranties and no guarantees that
the car isn't going to have some failing parts in the futureYou did sign an
statement saying "you take responsibility for all future
repairs".Even though you signed that
statement, when you called and told us you were having a issue, we didn't
hesitate to help! We got the car here to help fix the issue; which was a
CATALYTIC CONVERTERA part that went bad after the fact due to the high
mileage on the carYour cost was From that point forward, we have
taken care of all costs on the Jeep out of courtesy to youWe understand that
things happen to OLDER and HIGH MILAGE cars and we want to help our customers
when we can through these thingsWe have never once said that you were on your
own with the issues.While reading your complaint on the Revdex.com and Facebook
we understand you are upset with the circumstancesWe never once mislead you
The buyers guide you signed reflected the car when it leftWe have never not
helped youWe have spent over on repairs to help you with the JEEP out
of goodwillWe never want these things to happenWe feel that we have gone
above what should be expected of us when a customer purchases a 178,mile
