West Campus received via mail with ID #***Customer Information: *** * ***.The customer received the final account statement via email on August 22, from Axis West CampusThe email instructed the customer to directly email Axis West Campus with any questions or concerns and informed the customer the payment was due by September 8, Any previous residents calling to discuss account statements with disputes were instructed to email Axis West Campus because all correspondence regarding disputes must be fully documented in writingThe previous resident emailed Axis West Campus on August 24, at which time she then received the email response below from Axis West Campus within minutes."Hello, Thank you for contacting Axis West CampusWe have received your inquiry and will get back to you as quickly as we canWe are processing several accounts right now so please be patient. Again thank you for reaching out and we will be in touch shortly. Have a great day!"The customer then e-mailed again on August 29, as a follow up to the first email as she had not yet received the response to her disputeDue to a high volume of email inquiries, the customer received an email from Axis West Campus on September 7, responding to all of her disputes with photo documentation and explanationThe account balance was adjusted accordingly in regards to the customer dispute and the customer was sent a revised final account statementThe revised payment for the account statement was received on September 19, and posted to the account so as to close out the account balanceThe customer was emailed a revised final account statement on September 19, informing her of the processed payment.Please reach out to me if you require anything additional.Thank you,

Upon moving out of my apartment at Axis West Campus, there were move out fees that I did not agree withI attempted to contact Axis via phone twice and via email (as directed over the phone) twice over the course of two separate weeksI received no answer to my email inquiriesIn addition, the email address I used was communicated to me as the only method of communication allowed regarding discussing move out chargesI was not allowed to discuss the charges over the phone or in person
I've filed the inquiry within the allotted time, and now I'm going to have to pay the fee without having my questions answered or risk this impacting my credit score
When I called a second time to ask why nobody had responded to my email, Axis said they did not know why my emails were not being answered but that they still could not discuss anything with me over the phone and the email route was the only option
