Good afternoon *** ***,We contacted *** & *** *** in response to a Home Advisor lead to treat a leafminor infestation of 8-arborvitaes We explained to the ***’ that the treatment necessary was a granular soil treatmentWe agreed on a price of $for the granular
treatment On 5/**/we applied the granular treatment to the soil and provided a complimentary spray to the affected area with an insecticidal soap We were contacted by the *** after the treatment; they claimed that their home security cameras showed that the technician was not near the bushes and could not have sprayed their bushes We explained to the ***, that our guns have a 30-ftrange and that the treatment they requested was done by hand by the technician to the soil The spraying was done at no charge and that the technician does not need to be close to the plants in order to effectively spray We attempted to rectify the situation several times We offered to send the owner and arborist Matthew C*** to the property to explain the treatment We indicated again, that the spray was at no charge and the main treatment was the soil application and we guarantee our work We did not hear back from the ***, and they have yet to respond or pay for the services received Please see the attached customer sheet with treatment instructionsPlease not that the treatment was originally scheduled for 5/**/17; however either to due to scheduling/weather the treatment was completed 5/**/ Rianna Van B***All Seasons Tree Care###-###-####Website: ***

I am  sorry I am late to respond to this complaint. I was unaware that we have called [redacted], but will tell you that one way we get new clients is thru calling on the phone. We purchase lists that are supposedly washed for the do not call registry.I will make sure that we never contac*...
