HORRIBLE!!
Placed an order with the company then canceled order within two days. We needed a rear-end for our truck and my wife placed an order for the part through another company. That company was a reputable company and shipped the product within a day. I didn't know that my wife had placed said order but this was the reason I canceled order with axleshopper. That and they had also sent an email stating order would be delayed. I did receive a partial refund but they kept 25% for "canceled order". Nothing was pulled on their part and nothing was returned on my part. To keep 25% on an order that they already stated would be delayed is ridiculous! Scam, Scam. Scam! Multiple other companies to buy parts from. Beware if you choose to fo business with axleshopper. High probability you will have issues and too many other companies that provide exceptional customer service along with top grade parts. BEWARE!

I have ordered a rear end for my grandson. It took3 weeks and it is a piece of rusted junk. Have contacted them with no response just goes to voice mail. Said they offered warranty so where is it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The company has sent me an email stating they are refunding the money back into my accountI am currently waiting for instructions on what to do with the product they sent me, if they will be requiring it or not

Terrible experience with this company. Charged me $245 shipping each way plus 25% restocking fee when I ordered the wrong part. I understood the restocking fee but they ship for free (unless shipping to residential which costs $75). We paid the $75 to have shipped to our home but refused the part because it was wrong part. We originally paid $590 + $75 residential shipping fee ($665). When the part was returned we received $8.75 credit -- $665 minus 25% restocking fee minus $245 EACH WAY. What? Why should I pay $245 shipping to my home when I already paid $75 for it to get there. Trying to get help from anyone with any reason or logic is impossible. Do not trust this company. I'm not one to complain but this sent me over the edge. It's a sham.

[redacted] Manager for Axleshopper, stated the customer is entitled to a full refund and the refund will be sent to him on September 2, 2015 via email.

Product received was not close to what was ordered. Company has done nothing to fix error. Phone number no longer in service. Filed complaint through credit card company.
