AxumAir charged bill for non-repair.
Setup an account in my name without authorization or approval for $10.000, to purchase a new central unit.
AxumAir AC/Heat repair service crew serviced my central air unit, told my wife the unit was unserviceable, we could purchase a new unit for $10.000. Without my authorization setup an account with *** As well as another account in my wife name $9,000. She was also informed our second unit would have to be change as well, for the new Freon could not mix with the obsolete Freon.
After 6 hot sweltering summer months, we call a second company, the company repaired the unit for less than $300.00. We were told that the Freon had been let out and nothing more was wrong with the unit.

Desired Outcome

Refund for repair work charged but not done. Refund for payments made for purchase of 3 AC floor units. Refund of 20% of electricity bill for past 6 months. Refund for second AC/Heat company service call and repair.

Axsom air would like to apologize to the customer for having a perceived unpleasant experience. It is our goal to meet all of our customers needs and expectations. The time line below will help bring an understanding to the current situation.
On August the 27th 2018 Axsom air received a phone call from Mrs. stating that they had water leaking from their second floor hvac unit, and were schedule to have our company come out the next day. When the technician inspected the unit he found that the drain line was clogged causing water to leak. The technician cleared the drain line and tested to make sure water would flow through. While inspecting the system to make sure there were no other issues he found that the unit was low on freon and was able to find multiple freon leaks on the evaporator coil. The technician informed the home owner that he had cleared the drain line, and that he had found other issues wrong with their system. After talking over the options with the home owner they asked for a quote on a new system which was given to them. The total cost for this visit was $163.50 which covered the diagnostic and the clearing of the drain line plus an estimate.
After nearly a year (August the 16th 2019) Axsom air received a call from Mrs. asking if we could come out and give them a quote for a new system to replace their upstairs unit as the original quote was only good for 90 days. When our representative arrived he noted that the customer had bought 3 portable room a/c units to help keep them cool in that area of the house. Our representative gave the customer a quote to replace the system. Then at the customers requested our representative ran their credit thru Wells Fargo to see if they would be approved to finance the system. While there our representative was asked by the customer if their downstairs unit would need to be replaced soon. He responded that if it is the same age as the upstairs system that more than likely it would need to be replaced in the near future. Our representative left the customer with the estimate and the understanding that the customer would call when they had had made a decision. The total cost for this estimate/visit was $0.00.
If reference to the Revdex.com activity case report it appears the second company may have only put freon in the system which will make the unit cool until it leaks out again. Axsom air does not consider adding freon to a system that has a leak in it a repair, because it does not fix the issue of having a leak. It is just a temporary solution to get the customer by. There was no mention that the second company did a leak search for the system to see if there were any leaks in the system.
Resolution offer to customer: Axsom Air would like in good faith to provide the opportunity to give a free evaluation of both systems and document the current condition and findings.

I highly recommend James M, expert Plumber and Anthony B, guru HVAC technician of Axsom Air. These two knowledgeable professionals are excellent! They installed a new Noritz tankless hot water heater in my home on 1/23/2018 and my wife and I have plenty of hot water on demand. I am very pleased with the new unit and the technicians.

I am 100% pleased with Axsom Air. There sales and service is one of the best. there service after the sale is very commendable to the sum of 100%. Service technicians are very knowledgeable and respectable. you will be pleased if you choose Axsom Air as your next AC and Heating needs.

Anthony from Axsom A/H and Plumbing replaced the cut-off valve to my dishwasher. It had a hairline crack in it and was puddling in the cabinet.
Anthony is very professional and efficient. This is the third time I have had to use the plumbing services from Axsom and each time was excellent. Thank you Anthony and Axsom!

Colby & Kerry installed two new systems in our 1980s-built-home. They were punctual & very polite. These guys even worked through lunch (by choice & cheerfully...seriously, there was whistling) to finish the installation in one day. They cleaned up so well (inside & outside) that I didn't even need to vacuum or sweep! Josh returned to inspect the installation & made sure we understood how to program the new system. Penny answered our calls several times in the office & she, too, was friendly & helpful. It seems the tradition of honest, quality service continues, in all areas, with this next generation at Axsom Air.

Anthony was the technician that provided the maintenance on our AC/Heat unit. He was friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable. AxsomAir has always provided great service.

Max stars. Anthony was THE technician at Byles Plumbing & Air Conditioning that we wanted to service our air conditioner. We have known him for years and found him to be skilled, prompt, polite, professional, and eager to please. You could not have hired a better a/c tech.

Have had great experiences with AxsomAir over the past 4 years. Today Ryan was here for winter maintenance and very helpful, polite, made recommendations overall great customer service, Thank you

AxsomAir replies very quickly to my calls! I called first thing this morning, and Anthony came out right away. He quickly assessed the problem, and offered a couple of solutions. They are awesome!

We are very pleased with the service of AxsomAir, and have used them since they began service.
For today's winter maintenance Ryan came. He was polite, thorough and very knowledgeable.
He explained his findings to us and assured us that our twin Trane systems were in excellent shape.

Axsom Air, these guys know their business well and are steadfast, truthful and are looking out to serve you to the best of their knowledge and abilities and strive to be honest, fair and precise in all their assessments of your equipment. Great to work with, thankful I called them first.

Andrew came to our house to preform a inspection of our air conditioner unit. He was very professional. It had just stopped raining and before he came into the house he put covers over his boots so he would not track up the house. Check unit and explained everything that he had done. Gave us some suggestions about keeping outside unit clean. Will use Axsom again
