Review: I entered a formal agreement/contract with this company in having them represent me as third party in obtaining a loan modification for my home in Rochester, MN. I paid this company monies up front of $1,500 and monthly installments of $1,000. They collected a total of $12,500 from me in which resulted in a total scam/fraud. My home underwent Foreclosure due to their deceiving lies and unscrupulous business practices. I had no risk in loosing my home prior to engaging business with this company. I was referred to them for a credit restoration/repair so I can look into qualifying for home loan in CA. Yet, they tapped into my recent Loan Modification saying that the bank did me a disservice and that they could intervene and remediating my recent loan modification. I agreed they intervene, yet they never provided me documentation, contacts, or any legitimacy of their practice and mislead me to believe that they had their so called "LEGAL team" intervene with my loan modification. Consequently, I have lost my home, investments, my credit, my tenants because I reside in CA and the property is in Rochester, MN, and overall my trust in business practices and our justice system.Desired Settlement: I have bank statements confirming my monthly payments to Axsys Financial in which total to $12,500. I have an attorney working for me on this matter here in San Diego, and recently sent them on January 31, 2014 a "Demand Letter" requesting they settle this fraud by refunding me those monies. If there is any justice to this matter, I would like for this to be demanded of them and have them refund me those monies for the great loss they have caused me.

Review: The service we have received at Axsys Financial Group, Inc. has been horrible. We constantly have to chase them down for information for a service that was already paid for in advance. In addition to them not responding, we get lied to. For example, after emailing and calling for a week, we finally get the person on the line and are told he will call us back in 2 hours.. and nothing. This process has been going on since Sept 2013 and it's unacceptable.Desired Settlement: The only thing we would like is to have the person who was assigned to our case be responsive and let us know what is happening so we can ultimately get final resolution. We have been told a few times over the past couple of months that the issue was at the end of the process.. but we don't get any updates.. we get ignored and again it's unacceptable. If this can not be resolved, we would like a refund.

Review: We signed a contract with Axsys saying that they would remove our short sale within 90 days or our money would be fully refunded. During this entire 90 days we were unable to reach them via phone or email without making multiple attempts. At the 90 day point they requested a contract extension which we granted two times still receiving little or no information. Towards the end if the second extension a fraud alert was placed on my credit without my knowledge or consent. The information [redacted] used to place this fraud alert was information that was provided to Ela only because she said banks needed the information to verify my identity. Upon learning this, I demanded a full refund and that the fraud alert be removed. Three weeks later I have not received my refund, the fraud alert is still active and Ela Kitchen, the main contact will not return my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: A full of our 4,000 per the contract agreement and the fraud alert removed from my credit report.
