In our original meeting, we were contracted to redesign the *** site due to old site being not fully functional and outdatedClient and I mutually agreed it was time to update the framework if this was to be a lasting venture, as much has changed recently in web design, such as the migration
to responsive frameworksI instructed client that we would handle the *** install portion and use the *** theme as basis for the customization since this was close to meeting his needsThis was installed on his server within weeks and completedSee screenshots attachedClient was advised we would then act as project manager to oversee the custom integration which generally takes time, which client was aware ofClient did not request any refund during our refund periodClient would agree on a direction, then change his mindClient called me once in a threatening manner and claimed if he didn't "get his money back SOMETHING was gonna happen." I did my best to reassure the client that these things can take time to find the right person for the job and I was in talks with several potential developersI found the right company, sent quote to client, then he said to move forwardAfter two days had passed, client then asked for the site to look just like his old site, and after making a recommendation to have the old site converted to responsive theme, he then agreed to thatShortly afterward he asked for a full refund, which we cannot give since we have several hours of time in the project, and in fact a website is installed on his hostingI have attached our invoice and am prepared to offer the leftover amount to refund, which is $- I have already made this aware to the clientI would like nothing more than to resolve the issue, but will have to be dealing with someone reasonableI cannot tolerate threats to myself or to my business, and choose to not speak with individuals who talk to me in this wayI have advised this client to discuss only by email, yet the client called me several times a day for two days in a rowI am open to giving a refund of $at this point in certified funds, even though it is not in our policy to do so(See agreement)

It appears that the client here is unwilling to settle this issue, is being unreasonable and deliberately unprofessional in the unsubstantiated claims. We strive to provide all of our clients with the best possible service and have many testimonials from happy clients. I believe my settlement offer is fair and reasonable, as per our policy we are already out of the refund period and have never refunded anyone to date. I will allow 2 weeks from today for the acceptance of the refund, or it will be forfeit. I also will require removal of all libel and false information from the web, and the client will need to sign a document stating the issue is resolved and will no longer be seeking resolution. Client can and will be held legally liable for any monetary loss due to the nature of unsubstantiated claims.Best regards,[redacted]

On March 13, 2015 I received an email from him stating that he set up a demo website with demo content so that I could get a feel for how my actual website would function. [redacted] did this without my consent and we never discussed him setting up a demo website. All of the content such as pictures banners, Home interior and exterior categories replication, Slider, and set up test job post job, are all things he did on the demo website which he is where he is attempting to create a fictitious invoice from not work done on My website. When you look at the invoice he has provided you can see the things are from a demo website and not work done on my actual website. If you click on the link that is in the email you will see that it is a demo (See  JPEG File below).[redacted] stated in his invoice that he set up [redacted] & [redacted] instant messenger this is not true as well. (Please see the files below which show the plugin is not installed and is not associated with any website pages) the JPEG file I am providing shows the program on the Demo that is not set up.[redacted] stated that I agreed on a direction then changed my my mind. [redacted] never contacted me concerning ANY updates that I changed my mind to I would like for [redacted] to provide ANY AND ALL evidence of updates or suggestions that I did not agree to. After [redacted] realized that it was obvious that he was lying he suggested we scrap the idea. After which I asked if he could make sure paypal was installed correctly which was part of the original plan he asked what what was wrong with it and I told him in the email, and after I didnt hear back from him again I decided to ask for a refund because he was clearly wasting my time.   (See Attachment).[redacted] ran the project pass the 3 days on his own contract and then halted the project and suggested we do something different. (Please see attachment)Brand Jones did not work on my website as we agreed and He did not do any of the work on My website as he falsely claims he did. In our original meeting, we were contracted to redesign the [redacted] site due to old site being not fully functional and outdated. to responsive frameworks. I instructed client that we would handle the [redacted] install portion and use the [redacted] theme as basis for the customization since this was close to meeting his needs. This was installed on his server within 2 weeks and completed. See screenshots attached. Client was advised we would then act as project manager to oversee the custom integration which generally takes time, which client was aware of. Client did not request any refund during our refund period. Client would agree on a direction, then change his mind. Shortly afterward he asked for a full refund, which we cannot give since we have several hours of time in the project, and in fact a website is installed on his hosting. I have attached our invoice and am prepared to offer the leftover amount to refund, which is $298.00 - I have already made this aware to the client. I would like nothing more than to resolve the issue, but will have to be dealing with someone reasonable. I cannot tolerate threats to myself or to my business, and choose to not speak with individuals who talk to me in this way.
