At this time, I have not been contacted by Axvoice Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: After being with the company since May 2007, in June 2013 incoming calls were no longer functioning. I contacted them and they acted like they didn't have a problem, after a week or so of repeated requests for help, they finally gave the number of some other service they contract to help. That number told me Axvoice knew there had been a mistake and phone numbers were deleted from a server, therefore service was interrupted. But they were working on it. A few days later service finally resumed, for about a week. Then when it went out they said it was because they were switching to a new platform and that my service would be active on July [redacted]. On July [redacted] phones didn't work and when I contacted them they said it would be a few days. Repeated contacts have resulted in no progress, only excuses. And they continued to bill me in full as if I am getting service. In fact they double-billed me. They actually managed to refund that overcharge, but not on **JUL13 I contacted them again, repeatedly, and they finally apologized after I begged them to try to help me. They tried to blame me and made up excuses as usual, claiming that I tried to switch my number so they couldn't do it until I cancelled that process, which I had not done, and now they said I have to contact Paetec (which is actually Windstream) and ask them to let me have my number. I tried that, no luck at all.Desired Settlement: I wish they could get my telephone service functioning most of all. I feel that they owe me a refund for bills paid in exchange for no service, and a sincere apology. I would appreciate honesty from them in admitting that they made a mistake, not more excuses trying to blame me or someone else when they are the only ones who have handled my phone service since May 2007, therefore they are the only ones who could have ended my phone service.

[Your Answer Here]

While they have finally managed to restore my telephone service, a mistake which they made and yet they blame me for, they have billed me extra for the time period in which I had no service and are uncooperative in returning the funds which they have taken from me.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: Company claiming my [redacted] postal receipt didn't contain a tracking number. Now they claim my refund for my equipment return isnt possible even though All my acct info was included?

They seem to be trying to use technicality to avoid refunding?

Very unprofessional?

Review: I have signed up with Axvoice and prepaid service for 1 year. They have delivered services partially - did not provide phone number they allowed to me to select during sign-up process, then they did not activate service for extended period of time and finally send my secret credentials in a simple email. They enrolled my credit card in auto payment without informing me and charged additional amount ($5) after 1 month of service in name of "adjusting of billing cycle from [redacted] of the month to [redacted] of the month". On my request to remove this charge as I did not request change of billing date, especially on 1 year prepaid plan, they refused to do so. I have after under 60 days of service informed them that I will terminate service. They threaten now with $39.99 charge and prorated monthly use at much higher rate than prorated value is: Total charge for service was $129 for a year, and now termination charge is $39.99 and $14.99 prorated monthly rate (which really should be just under $11 per month if you divide total amount paid by 12mo).Desired Settlement: I expect Axvoice to terminate my contract immediatelly and refund $5 unauthorized charge from my account due to billing cycle adjustment and also a fair return on unused contract time. That refund should be $129 - 2 mo of service (total $21.50) - termination fee = for a total of $72.51.

They responded with below attached em ail, but still have not issued a refund. My claim is that prorated value for 2 months of use is much higher than actual prorated value of the contract. I believe that termination fee is also unfair as they have not provided any physical device or service to justify a high termination fee (equivalent to~ 1/3 of annual contract cost).

Hi,

Review: Voip service advertised for $6.40 per month with $99 sign up for one year service. I was charged $149 initially and then $20 the next month. This is far above the advertised rate. You can see their advertising on their website [redacted]. No phone number to discuss at signup. Furthermonre, I am being charged $18/month since July (11 months after signup).Desired Settlement: I would like the correct amount that I signed up for ($99). Anything above that should be refunded: $70 initially plus $22 overcharge the last 2 months.

Review: 1. drafted $16.47 from account on dec * and november * 2013 . Cancelled account nov. * 2013, phone number was ported to Vonage on Nov * 2013. Company ignored the cancellation and continued to bill again on dec * 2013.

2. drafted 39.99 on dec * 2013 from same account for equipment I had already purchased previously a year ago. Sept. ** 2012 $172.82 was drafted from same account, here is the breakdown 99.99 for 1 year of phone service, 39.99 for the equipment, 32.84 for shipping and handling.

3. Tried to resolve issue through email on dec. * and dec. * unsuccessfully and have now filed fraud charges against company with my bank and had to go through the hassel of getting a new card to stop future fraudulent charges from this company.Desired Settlement: Refund the fraudulent charges totaling $56.46.

Sincerely,

Review: I got an adapter for voip service and it does not work. I have tried to contact them but no one will answer.Desired Settlement: I would like what was promised.

Review: There are several and I have every email from the beginning detailing all of the problems.

_Problems are as follows

*AxVoice charged an account that I did not give them permission to charge (they charged an old DEBIT card that I removed from my AxVoice account rather than the new CREDIT card I registered with my account. Even though they put a hold on money from the new card they still charged my old card too.)

*All of the equipment was returned to them in a timely manner and arrived to their place of business but they would not accept the delivery (citing that they did not request signature required).

*They will not explain or offer any alternatives and only respond with the equipment must be returned (but they will not accept the equipment return).

*They recorded and listened in to phone calls without my consent.

*They threatened exorbitant fees when I asked to cancel, in the beginning when I first signed up with them (within the 15 day window where you are supposed to be able to cancel if you are not happy).

_Some of the details are as follows:

_I bought one year of service from AxVoice on 11/**/2013. They activated the service on 11/**/2013. I didn't get the equipment until 11/**/2013.

_Early on, I tried to cancel my service with them but they claimed that I would have to pay large fees ($75 per ported number) for the numbers I ported over if I canceled, so I stayed.

_The entire time I had their service they recorded my calls at random. I contacted them about this but they denied it. More times than not, when I was on a call they would dial in and listen to the conversations. During my call there would be a number dialed in the background (usually only heard on my side but sometimes the other caller would hear this too) and then it would ring several times until it would pick up (but no one ever said anything).

_I complained to them about this and they insisted it was nothing to do with them. I have VOIP with another provider in the same house using the same internet and this never happens. I have changed phone several times and it happens no matter which phone is connected.

_Now, almost one year later I am finally able to get out of this nightmare and I contact them more than a month ahead of time (10/**/2014) to cancel my service.

_They instruct me - "Hi,

The account has been cancelled as per your request. Please return the adapter along with cables and power supply to the address below with in 10 business days. Please send us the tracking number once you have mailed it. You have also been charged $39.99 for the adapter. A refund will be issued once we receive the adapter.

Please note that no refund will be issued if you do not send us the tracking number or anything is missing/damaged in the adapter package. Please contact us 48 hours after delivery of the adapter to get a refund.

Axvoice Inc."

_I returned the adapter as instructed and I included Signature Required to make sure that AxVoice was the one that received the package. The package arrived to their address on 10/**/2014 at 1:19 PM according to [redacted] tracking information but they would not accept and did not sign for the package.

_I contacted them with this message - "I followed through with the requirement as you requested of me but you have not accepted delivery.

From [redacted]:

"We attempted to deliver your item at 1:19 pm on October **, 2014 in [redacted] and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting [redacted] or calling [redacted], or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

Please refund the $39.99 to my account now.

Thank you,"

_They responded with - "Hi,

We never requested “Signature required” delivery option. Please read our return instructions. We will issue a refund after we receive the hardware and inspection is completed.

Support

Axvoice Inc."

_I responded with - "I need proof of delivery. Signature confirmation is for me. Is there an issue with signature confirmation?

I followed your instructions exactly:

"Please return the adapter along with cables and power supply to the address below with in 10 business days." Package arrived at your address but was not accepted at 1:19 pm on October **, 2014

"Please send us the tracking number once you have mailed it." On 10/**/2014 10:20 AM, [redacted] wrote:"Sent [redacted] priority mail and an Adult signature is required. Tracking number is - [redacted]"

You seem to be trying to make this more difficult than it should be. What more do you need from me to complete this? Thank you,"

_Additionally I responded to their email with this - "Your instructions do not say anything about not adding any security to the shipment. If there was a problem with adding signature required to this delivery you would have said something in the instructions about returning the package.

If you need to have it redelivered, [redacted] has a web page that you can ask for them to redeliver it at on a day when you will be there.

I really do not understand why you are being this way unless you are trying to make it impossible for me to return it so that you can charge me for the device. You do understand that I have followed your instructions to the letter and the package was at your location in the allotted time?

I am not understanding why this is a problem and you are not offering any solutions or explanations. Saying that you never requested "signature delivery" doesn't change anything. If I want to make sure that a package is delivered to the right person I always get signature delivery. There is no reason this should be a problem, if anything it should ensure that you get the package, if you accept the package.

_Please offer a solution to this problem. I am trying my best to work with you and to hold up my end of this requirement.

Additionally, you withdrew $39.99 from this account without my approval. I changed my method of payment so that this payment would come from my business account. You withdrew money from that account and then changed it back to my old (personal) account and withdrew the $39.99 without my consent. Please accept the delivery and refund my account post haste.

Thank you,"

_There are many more emails detailing the entire history with AxVoice but it is more information than I felt should be included in this.

_I also have screenshots of the transactions (pending charges to the new credit card and records of the subsequent charge to the removed Debit card) as well as screenshots of their website from the say I purchased their service.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is for AxVoice to do what they have said they would do in their terms of service. They need to accept the delivery of the device (with all of the cords, power supply etc.) and refund the fee that they have charged to me for this device.

I have followed their instructions, returned the device and everything that came with it, in the allotted time. They should follow through with their responsibilities and refund the fee they charged my account and remove the hold they have on money in the account they were supposed to use for the fees but did not use.

Review: I signed up for VoIP service to save on my 35 dollar a month phone bill

I read reviews and found this it said no activation fee, use your own phone, 8.94

A month plus 1.50 911 fee and tax. I did have to pay 19.99 for shipping of the box but the box was free

Sounded better than [redacted] so I went for it

Got the box

No receipt in box

Got my bank statement I was charged 145.00

Wow

Tried calling my bank they gave me a phone number

Called [redacted] does not say company name

Says leave a message called yesterday

No return call. Called today no return call

Emailed they said the plans are 75 a month

I emailed not true cancel this

No response

Told my bank

This is so unprofessional

I am on a fixed incomeDesired Settlement: I want this overpayment refunded and the account cancelled

What a scam

Review: This company has not provided quality customer service with the only 2 weeks I was covered under the VoIP service. They failed to be consistent in contacted and resolving issues therefore causing my decision to cancel my service with them. Upon cancelling my service this company charged my bank account twice causing my checking account to go into the negative. They charged me for a device they claimed was free when signing up for the phone service. They told me they would charge my account for 39.99 until I returned the device within 10 days and I would have to pay the shipping and handling. I explained to them via email (which was the only way to contact them as they did not have a phone number to speak to a live person) that they caused my account to go into the negative and there was no way to send this back and pay for the shipping. They never once apologized and just stated "Please follow the previous instructions and send us back the device".Desired Settlement: A complete refund and reimbursement for overdraft fees.

Review: Having ongoing, well documented problems with AxVoice service, I ordered service from Verizon Inc requesting to port my number ###-###-#### to Verizon. [redacted], mandates that a consumer or business moving from one carrier to another has the right to maintain their existing telephone number (Known as a DID).

The RUlings here: [redacted]

The English form is here:

[redacted] was presented with a proper request to transfer my DID ###-###-####, and did not reply, never the less reply within the FCC mandated time of 24 hours.

The process outlined by the FCC was followed precisely. The [redacted] number is PA[redacted]

I have filed a complaint with the FCC, and Axvoice can be subject to fines and sanctions for violating FCC rules.Desired Settlement: I simply wish to have Axvoice release my DID [redacted] to [redacted] per FCC regulations so I can move on and obtain reliable telephony services. The company does not respond, they only send an automated email that they have billed me for continued poor service, but never resolve problems, nor provide support. There has not even been a management response. The reason for filing the FCC complaint in tandem is to have the FCC issue the fines, and the FCC has the right to pull their business operating license.

Thank you

Review: Signed up for VOIP with Axvoice on December **, 2014. I was unable to get the service to work properly and tech support would not respond. I made a request to cancel service within a few weeks. There site states money back if you are unhappy within 30 days. They never refunded my initial charge of 18.95 and would not return any of my emails. I attempted to call the company but they hang up. At this point I gave up due to it just being a prepaid service I would not pay anymore. On February *, 2015 the company decided to charge my account without my authorization and I am back in this cycle of no one replying to emails or will talk on the phone. I have never had to deal with a company that is this bad. I contacted my Bank and they stated the company hangs up on them too.Desired Settlement: Refund money taken and fix there customer service issues.
