Review: Upon the delivery of my classic car, I immediately noticed damage on the rear bumper. The truck driver was informed of the damage and he also mentioned that "he had not seen those marks and scratches either while loading the car"; consequently, they were not showing on his report of existing damage either. I was asked by their Office Manager to provide before and after photos of the vehicle showing the incurred damage. After determining that the damage was not there prior to shipment, I was asked to get a quote for the repairs. I provided a detailed quote from a reputable local body shop and forwarded to them within 48 hrs. I have not heard from them since they received the repair estimate. They continue to ignore my phone calls, text messages and emails. This is an unacceptable business practice and must be remediated immediately.Desired Settlement: Option1: I would like for them to pay for the vehicle repairs. The total estimate was $526.38. Option2: I'm willing to settle for the full refund of $300 for the service provided.
