This issues I had with AY realty where not small 1) they sent me showing status that was untrue such as we showed it times when they did not When Confronted (twice) they said it must have been a typo 2) when renters moved out they left the heat completely turned off in my house and the pipes froze 3) they allowed the renters to move out without retrieving keys or garage door openers
