Added Info to original complaint # [redacted] ? ? ? I was finally contacted by Alil A***i, owner of AYA Masonry, finally after he deserted the job? approximately? ? one month ago...? He wants another dollars to come back and finish the jobThe job is no where near 50% complete or the work? so far? acceptableI asked if he was going to correct the problems and shoddy workmanship and clean the dust created by his one workerHe said no, he wants to bring masons to look at the job..? I told him it was Easter and to call me next week after the holiday since he left the job during the coldest weather of the season and left the house open to the elements and intruders? I have had frozen pipes, invaded by raccoons because of the garbage his? worker left in the basement.? I also checked, Aya has no business License and since he refuses to give me his insurance company's number for dust abetment , no insuranceHe gave me a business card that says licensed and insuredHe told me he had a license and insuranceWhen I signed contract I said what is the license #, he said he would write it in later as he didn't have it and want to make sure it was right...? I talked to the owner, he dragged his wife and son along, of AYA MasonryHe demands more to continue and repair what he has doneHe returned Easter and removed his tools entering the property and my home thru the hole he put in my basement wall, he did this without my permission after he was told not to unless he had permission He asked if I thought 10k was a lot of moneyAnd that he gets sued a lot and didn't careHe says he didn't violate the contract but he did several timesHe also said he didn't finish anything or clean the area because he gets sued a lot and doesn't get paidI said I can see why and yes I did think it was a lot of money for what he didHe has not completed 50% of the workHis son even said the work was terrible and should be torn down and done right It has been well over days and have not heard from you Help !

The job is no where 50% complete but demands the final paymentHe removed his tools when he quit the job over a month agoI asked for refund he laughed and said he gets sued a lot, good luckCan you help?
