(WiMAX) we have called weekly for a few months to resolvePaying for monthly service (80/mo) for WiMAX Internet (highest speed). Connection is often down and slower than promised (had speed tested independently on multiple occasions) which worsened since work was done on the service months ago (repair on tower). It is unclear to ask how long we have been receiving slower than contracted service. we have called for updates and resolutions over 20 times. Our last phone call (2. Weeks ago) we asked that the company alert customers of the issues after an admission that they were having issues with the Service. Since we are continuing to be charged the full amount and have not received The requested update, we assume many customers are being overcharged for a service that the company is not providing.Desired SettlementRefund for correct services for us and other customers affected. Ayacht LLC. first realized that we were having trouble with our [redacted] service on [redacted] after running a significant upgrade to the network which was intended to improve the Internet Services for all [redacted] clients. Our Engineers have been working vigorously since then to resolve the issues by closely monitoring and troubleshooting the connection. Engineers have also been working closely with several [redacted] clients to perform speed tests. Several of our staff spoke with Dr. [redacted]. Due to her limited service, we issued Dr. [redacted] a credit on [redacted] 2015 in the amount of one month of service. Proper audit documentation will be sent via paper mail. We also issued Dr. [redacted] another credit for the current month due to the fact that she was still experiencing issues. Thus totaling 2 months to date of credit's issued to Dr. [redacted]. We have been working with several of our [redacted] customers and issuing multiple credits over the past few weeks. Upon further realizing the magnitude of the problem on hand, we proactively issued at least one month of credits to all of our 16 [redacted] users. In several circumstances we issued additional credits other than just the one month of service. We contacted all [redacted] users either by phone or email to make them aware of the credits that they had received. Many of our customers were extremely appreciative of us crediting their account. Ayacht Technology Solutions takes pride in our work and customer service, and we hope these outstanding issues with Dr. [redacted] can be resolved.Thank you. We have struggled with the service and customer service since we signed up over a year ago. Long outages, inconsistent service, slower than paid for speed (when it does work), and have a history of verbally authorized credits which were not followed through on without our persistence in calling. We have essentially used our cellphones and 3G network in place of our internet which has been more reliable. The issues were exacerbated in [redacted] as the company has noted however there are longer term concerns that have always been present. Final Business Response We are continuing to work on resolving this problem and have been working to upgrade the technology. This is an ongoing process
