I am rejecting this response because: they are lying and I expected such a response Why would they take responsibility for anything? I have spoken with several people at [redacted] regarding who started this account [redacted] asked me for my gas bill [redacted] was a consultant for [redacted] gas service based in TexasYou definitely will be defending your business name sake because what you did was less than professional

Business states that client has been contacted and issue has been resolved. It was all a miscommunication that led to a misunderstanding.

Review: I established auto insurance with Ayala in 2014. I was helped my the receptionist, [redacted]. [redacted] was helpful in helping me obtain auto insurance for my personal vehicle. She stated that I was eligible for discounts if I had a degree and received gas service from my local gas company. Unknowingly, I forwarded [redacted] those documents for cheaper auto insurance. I received a response back from the Farmers who indicated that I didn't have the right type of degree to be eligible for a discount. I received my [redacted] bill (gas bill for my home) and noticed I had a charge from a company called [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] to get more information but the hold time was incredibly long so I terminated the call. In February 2015, I noticed my gas bill was extremely high and I called [redacted] again and was told I set the account up on my own. I told her I did not such thing. I was very firm indicating I knew absolutely nothing about these charges and I wanted them removed and to be refunded. The CSR opened an investigation and said that would be doing an internal investigation. During the conversation, the CSR asked me if I knew a [redacted]. I said no, not directly, but my insurance agent secretary have that name. As the conversation ensued, it was determined that [redacted] fraudulently added these charges to my bill and that she is a consultant for [redacted]. I called Ayala to speak with the owner to inform him of such and he refused to speak with me. He should aware of whats happening in his business if he's not apart of the scam. I'm afraid other people where victimed by her and I want this to become public knowledge as I feel violated and the trust has been broken.Desired Settlement: I want the company of Ayala to reimburse me of my gas bill charges and to apologize to me immediately.

Review: This agency was banned from doing business with my current insurance carrier "Mercury Insurance." I have my auto and homeowner's insurance through Mercury Insurance by this agent. I was not made aware of my homeowner's insurance policy being changed to another carrier by the name of "Allied Insurance." I received a package of a "new policy" for Allied Insurance Homeowner's Policy with the Agent "Ayala Professional Insurance Services" as the writer of the policy. I NEVER gave the agent/agency my permission to write this policy with Allied Insurance.I have called the agency and they did not answer (as usual). I also called Allied Insurance but they were not able to assist me since the agent was the one who wrote the policy. I have also contacted my mortgage company and they also have no power over it (as I was told). I am going to call the mortgagee again tomorrow to see if they can stop the policy and not send the insurance company a check from my escrow account.This is wrong! An agent should not ever write a policy for a client without their permission! This should be taken into account and this agent should be investigated (also look into why Mercury Insurance have banned them from doing business together) and should face all charges necessary.Desired Settlement: This is wrong!
