Ayden's Landscaping

This compliant is against Ayden who provided landscaping services on behalf of Ayden's landscaping '
I hired him for the job after he had worked on my other property last year. we met on Friday 1/17/2020 at my house in ***. At that time, we discussed in length the project as well as the meterials that we wanted for the project. I showed him the pictures and color of the rocks and plants and also showed him the sample landscape in our neighborhood. Pictures and video of the requested landscape was send to him via text and was acknowledged at his end . I also requested him to bring over the sample of the red rock that I specifically requested and it was made clear that he will provide me with the requested services.
Unfortunately, instead of doing the job as promised, he destroyed my backyard completely and did things to his liking .He started the project and just send me a text in the evening that he was done with the job, to my understanding this was a project that should have required some time to finish but to my surprise the work was done in no time and I was send a notification
He used poor quality of the materials ,Instead of using the red rocks, that we discussed and I emphasized several times via text , he just threw some Yellow gravel that completely destroyed the whole backyard .no landscaping was done , just a blow with putting gravel and rearranging existing river rock .He started the work and then send me a text in the evening stating that the job was done ,when I questioned him about it , his response was 'this was going to cost more money so I decided to go with these stones? He never discussed this issues prior to throwing the rocks and now I have to deal with a totally destroyed backyard and gravel that looks like freeway quality, he planted trees which he got for cheap and not ones promised and when requested to fix the problem , he walked away demanding money only and not to fix the issue
