*** purchased a vehicle and failed to tell us he would be using it as a commercial vehicle to haul trees We gave him a vehicle to use during the repair processHad we known at the time that he was using his vehicle in a manner that was not allowed by the warranty company the
repairs that were completed may not have been paid for.We now request our customers to declare the intended use of the vehicle before selling them a extended warrantyWe wish him well

My name is *** *** and I am one of the managers here at AyersI am writing in regards to complaint *** *** ( and her husband ***) bought a vehicle on 7/18/2015, a Honda ***At the time of purchase it was agreed upon that they needed to pay a balance owed to Ayers to
complete the transaction as stated on the We-Owe signed by the customer), which according to our records is Due to the fact that payment stopped on the balance owed without any further communication on when they would pay, the transaction was never fully completedWe have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with *** about the balance owed and have not had much luck in the way of positive communication with her to resolve the matterWe appreciate the fact that they now acknowledge the amount owedupon payment of amount owed to Ayer Auto Sales, we would be happy to re-instate the warranty and repair the vehicle for the customerWe look forward to more positive dialogue with Mr& Mrs***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. In response to *** ***'s reply to complaint, I have documentation of conversation between myself and *** *** regarding the balance owed to Ayers, a dialogue that was not continued by any member at Ayers without my replyDespite disagreements, I remained in contact and following my last paid Installment, there was no attempt to contact me where I did not replyfinancial hardship had resulted in my inability to pay the balance owed at that time which was expressed to *** ***On two occasions, my husband contacted *** to update him and I would receive a message the following day asking why we weren't communicatingThen when we would remind him that we reached out the previous day, he would acknowledge our attempt.Aside from the communication discrepancy, *** ***'s claim that by paying our balance forward would reinstate our warranty is completely contrary to what the GM *** stated over a month ago regarding the same situationI asked *** if we paid the balance, would Ayers honor the warrantyHis response was that it was after the fact and that we "should have paid our bills on time." That said, we inevitably had to resort to pay for a rental from *** and then for a rental from a family member for over a month now because we were told that the EXACT solution that *** is presenting, was not an option and that we would have to pay $for Ayers to repair the vehicleNow that we have been mislead in the options to resolve this matter, we have had to use our r car payments to put toward rentals to get to work and to get our children to and from schoolWe are now not only being told that what we asked for (to pay the balance and have our warranty reinstated, a conversation which toook place a month ago) we are two payments behind on the ***If we had gotten this response when we first brought the vehicle to Ayers, Ayers would have been paid in full for the balance owed and our family would have a safe and reliable vehiclenot to mention that we would have had to put ourselves in a greater debt by paying nearly DOUBLE our car payments this past month for a rental that we wouldn't have needed otherwise! Regardless of Ayers' willingness to NOW offer to reinstate the warranty upon payment, they have already created an even greater hardship for us by not communicating this information when I was contacting them daily to resolve this issueThis entire situation is incredulousNo matter a balance owed, no buyer should have to deal with a blown engine from any dealership in such a short timeframeI would be willing to arrange an automatic payment arrangement for the amount owed with an immediate repair of our vehicle and the payment of November's car payment in light of the fact that Ayers waited over a month to honor what was an acceptable offer by myself when this issue first aroseThis entire complaint process was preventable if Ayers was willing to communicate with me, as they claim to do so well. RRegards,
