Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/12/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The assumption that I wrote a negative response before I left the lot is incorrect. Also, and emotional response was not justified. If this owner has owned and operated a retail business for over 30 years, then he should know better than to openly mock and embarrass customers at the first glance of any negative comment or review. Instead, enforcing lifetime warranties and providing excellent customer service and rates are something he should be looking in to doing openly, instead of becoming defensive. Brick and mortar stores still exist to provide a few things that consumers can not find (usually) elsewhere; outstanding customer service and support.
