Recently we had our old oil furnace and AC system replaced by Ayer Oil. The service manager took the time to calculate the needs of our house instead of just installing the same sized units that were previously put in. This calculation showed that the AC unit could be a whole ton less which saved $$$. The installers did a great job replacing the units and cleaned up meticulously afterward.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
