Review: I had delivered a vehicle to their shop on may 16, 2015 for the installation of an engine and transmission. I was told by the owner, Berry A[redacted], that my truck would be complete and ready for pickup in two weeks, three weeks maximum. I have contacted the shop both in person and via telephone several times each week, each time receiving excuses as to why the work was not being performed. On June 23 I stopped at the shop and told Josh A[redacted] that I could take the vehicle to another shop and he stated that he was bringing it inside that day and that it would be completed the following week. After more waiting and phone calls, my wide contacted the shop on July 9 and spoke with Berry A[redacted] who stated that he is backed up and may not get to my vehicle for another two weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like the repairs to my vehicle to clue completed by no later than end of business day July 16, 2015.
