Shop installed correct grille the 1st timeOwner stated his grille was more chrome and asked shop to order another grillePer *** *** there is only one grille model that goes on this carWe ordered in two more grilles and they were
both the sameOwner then provided shop with an online part number for the grille owner wantedGrille came in and was the same as the previous grillesOwner seemed satisfiedShop also replaced lower grille at no charge to the owner or the insurance companyShop provided invoice to the owner to prove that part number XXXXXXXX was installed in vehicleOwner called back at a later time and said the shop removed an interior part and asked the shop to replace itOwner was told that we did not work on the interior and didn't have anything loose on the inside but as a customer courtesy we would have *** replace it while owner was having service work doneOnce again at no cost to the ownerWe have the invoice and also forwarded a copy of this invoice for the part number that owner is wanting to useWe replaced a part that was not our responsibility to pay for and installed the lower grille at no charge to owner or insurance companyI have no problem with *** ordering the part number the owner is requesting since we already didJust have *** call me with there thoughts and any possible charges
