I am in receipt of your 2/21/14 letter; this is the first letter/notice I have received from you or the Revdex.com, therefore I am not aware of what the case by **. [redacted] states. I do know that one of our drivers accidentally damaged **....

[redacted]'s vehicle during towing/road service and **. [redacted]'s vehicle is scheduled for repair at [redacted] on March 10, 2014. We have been in business for 50 years. We accepted responsibility for the damages to **. [redacted]'s vehicle; unfortunately accidents happen, We have scheduled the repairs at a reputable facility and intend to pay for these repairs.

Review: About 2 months ago [redacted] dispatched ayers towing to tow my car to the garage. When ayers hooked my vehicle to get it up on the flat bed they tore two big holes in the body of my car. The owner came to look at the vehicle at the garage and said he would set it up to be fixed at a friends body shop. He was suppose to arrange it and drop off a rental and take the car. He has refused to give a straight answer as to when it will be fixed and he has refused to make it his responsibility to arrange it. He had his receptionist set up an appointment to pick my car up which was cancelled by them because of snow. I explained to him that I work mon-fri early in the morning and that I was home by 6pm and that I only have one car so I need the rental car. He offered to drop the car and take my car to be fixed then never called or made any effort to fix his problem. He is not being responsible for his companies mistake, he will not return calls, not call to pick up the vehicle when he says he will which he has done three times so far. I have had the damage estimated privately and its between a 1500.00- 2,000.00 dollar repair. He will not act responsibly, by returning my calls or making any effort to contact me. I do not trust him and do not want him to have his friend fix my car now. I will set it up and have it done myself and he can pay for it. I have not heard from them in a month now and im tired of it.Desired Settlement: I set up the garage it will be fixed at he pays the bill and pays the rental. Or we file through his insurance company.
