Contacted Law Firm on X-XX-XX concerning a transvaginal mesh litigation. My mesh surgery was on 11-10-05. When I was told they needed me to release all my medical and personal information I was going to withdraw my case but was told I was looking at 6 figures. Due to all my complications since the surgery I proceeded and released all the info they asked for. I was given a representative, *** and a case no. XXXX-XXXXX. Aug 20th 2012 I was told trials had begun. 5 years later in May 2017 I was given 10 days to return several documents or my case would be dismissed. November 2017 I received a Notice of Settlement Process. October 2018, I was sent amount of settlement which is $40,500 before the firm took their now 40% and I was now responsible for all charges they incurred on top of the 40%. I was told I had to sign and return another several documents before 11-12-18. I have been told no one else has any claim on my now small settlement but no idea when I might receive my settlement. This firm has caused me so much stress, while I have complied with all their demands and I have no end in sight. I pray no one else gets taken in by them. They have all my personal info and I have no settlement Had I been told the years it would take I would not have put myself through this. I will never get over the damage done by the mesh and thought I had a firm that cared about me.

Delivery I would like the settlement I agreed to. I would also like others to know how this firm does business. They answer all calls but I never got any satisfaction, just run around.
I have heard from them and they gave me an amount of my final settlement. They actually wanted me to let them invest my money. I opted for a one time payment, signed and returned my signed form. My settlement is just over $18,000 out of the $40,500 awarded. So much for the 6 figure amount! People need to know when they say 35 to 40% for them means they get that and you pay all expenses they incure on your behalf. We will see when my payment will come.
