RE: I need my points for all of my stays in visa Gift Card in both locations.

I stay at Ayres Hotel in Corona, California and I was transfer to Chino Hills, California because they was a overflow of urine and faeces from another guest restroom plus same day another a guest pass away(guest died) from my floor on same day June 31,2014. In Corona I paid $5,775.00 (9Five thousands sven hundred and seventyfive out of my pocket from my debit card same as cash.

Nevertheless, I was not able to sleep, got sick, scare for my life because of terrible smell/odor so I was transfer to Ayres Chino Hills so this reason stated above. In fact this location was nightmare and worse customer service in the entire world.

Moreover, I contact Corporate office, Ayres President Mr. [redacted] via phone 714-540-6060 ext.110, send US Mail and email but no response since 06/31/14. In fact I was over charge for $887.99 for July 1 thru July 5th 2014 at rate $89.00 in Ayres Chino Hills plus charge me phone calls I never call and when the call was trace back that was their employee personal phone on my receipts and that is not Acceptable, that's fraud.

All I'm asking in polite way is the following and accurate points for stays...

1) My credit card was also abuse with your employee calling my room from their cell phone to move my car in order for luxury car to park in that spot at parking lot so I response I will go back home to Newport Beach to bring my Lexus SUV 590 GX in order to exercise my right as well for luxury car because luxury car only car park their at that spot in Chino Hills. Imagine that! Who does that! How dare you...

2) Please kindly do the math and post my refund for over charge my credit Card from July 1 -July 11, 2014 (so wrong only for July1-July 9 rest for points

3) Please post 4 nights(as you said for gift cards back because I never stay their in the room from Wednesday July10 - July14

Thank you, however, I do not want to work direct with this Ayres Hotels corporate office because I did that already over two months and they do not care to resolve the matter or fix this issue. Therefore, because I do not trust this company, they are very dishonest company and employees, I will like you to help me by you and your department to solve this matter for me. Could you please help me out to get my $950.00 US Dollars back and please be direct contact with them. This company Ayres Hotels and Staffs are All LIARS, MANIPULATORS, WORSE GUEST SERVICE AND STEALING FROM CONSUMERS GUESTS. HENCE, I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH THEM DIRECT, THEY JUST TRIPPING WITH YOU AS WELL AND LIARS.
