[redacted] While the order has not been 100% complete, the individual photos (as per my update to this case), were completed and in good quality.  Although my attempts to contact (and other family members), via several methods and several different timeframes to reach out to Mr. [redacted] went without a response, I do understand that he was having difficulty with the group photo and was working on a solution.

Pictures have been delivered.  There was significant complexity added to the order by the school after the images had been taken relating to the group pictures.  After working with a consultant, we came up with a solution. Please know that there were not repeated attempts to contact,...

but there were several attempts to contact all on the same day by this individual.   Regardless, said complainant has her product.
