AYS Appliance Repair

The owner was out a wk ago to assess the problem. He then made an appt to return today between 2-4 with the part for my double ovens. At 4 (the end of his 2hr time window) he texted that he would be a little late but was on his way. At 5:30 he texted again saying he could be here between 6- 6:15 but unfortunately I couldnt be home @ that time. He then told me to find a different repair service & hung up on me! Please let others know NOT to trust this guy. He seemed to know his stuff, but in the department of manners & professionalism he scores a zero, & I wouldn't want anyone else to go through a day waiting at home like I did, only to be treated so rudely, or worse yet possibly this business owner has an anger problem & could possibly harm someone in their home. I'd like everyone to be forewarned.
