Review: Incomplete repair / failure to return brakes to proper functioning. Failure properly reset the brake pads warning indicator. Additionally, Oil drain plug was not properly reset (cocked) during an oil change on4/25/2014 by AYT thusly when returning for an oil change on I was told that the plug was cocked. The oil has been changed numerous time prior to this incident. I was told by mechanics at other repair shops that the plug was cocked prior to requesting the oil to be changed at AYT. AYT denies any role in the plug being cocked when the oil was changed on4/25/2014. The repair shops that identified plug problem are [redacted] MD and [redacted] MD. Your assistance in resolving this matter is requested.Desired Settlement: Request AYT pay for the proper repair of brake pads and sensors to restore functioning, and the warning light indicator reset. Also, pay for oil plug and any additionally repairs required to repair the damaged caused by the cocked oil plug.
