I just want to say that Mark is an amazing man. He came to my house within an hour as my garage door spring was broken and I needed to get out of my garage ASAP. He did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. His price was fair and he was just a very upstanding man. I have referred him to countless other friends and have used him several times since. He is the only garage door company I will ever use

Just had this company come out and fix my garage door. We called at 7:30 am and they were here by 1pm to fix the door. Prices were reasonable and fair. Owner is professional, courteous, and a nice person. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Az 1st Choice will always be my first choice! They responded promptly to my call, and came out within the time promised (THAT DAY!). The repairs were explained thoroughly to me and well within my my price range. Thank you [redacted]!

We have used [redacted] with AZ 1st Choice Garage Doors twice. Both times he was prompt and efficient. His rates are fair, and he is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend [redacted] and will never use anyone else!

Excellent!!!!!!

Called [redacted] and he responded back to me within the half hour...came out the next day (morning) to fix the garage door....fixed and running great!!!!! Awesome Custumer service and very trustworthy! Thank you [redacted]!!!!!

Great company! I called and spoke with [redacted] to make an appointment. He walked me through an easy fix on my door. Great guy. Would definitely recommend and would use in the future.

I recently contacted [redacted] with AZ 1st Choice Garage Doors and couldn't be happier with my service. He answered my call on the weekend, tried to help over the phone and then promised service first thing Monday morning. He was prompt on Monday morning, got my garage door working quickly! [redacted] was so helpful and his employee [redacted] was great! Thanks [redacted]. Keep up the great work.

Unprofessional and doesn't care about details. Says satisfaction guaranteed but once you need to deal with a problem they are rude and hard to commit to come back to finish the work. Also, speaks negatively of customers on business Facebook page which seems obviously unprofessional and should demonstrate that one should look for business elsewhere.

Review: I did not receive the door I requested and paid for. Company let me with an incomplete job that required me to hire someone else to complete the job. Company charged me for materials that I did not approve or that was not identified at original estimate. Company refused to honor guaranteed satisfaction claim. Owner refused to return correspondence after I made demand for guarantee. Owner misrepresented the work that needed to be done and provided me with a door he had on hand instead of a new door which I ordered.

Company did not remove old door causing me do have to get it removed from property. Company charged me a trip cost to come to the work and then advertised their presence in my city for more business.Desired Settlement: I want company to compensate me for cost of painting door or replace the door with the one I ordered. I want company to reimburse me for materials I did not order or that was not necessary if he had installed door the way I requested. I want company to reimburse me for the cost of having their poor workmanship and incomplete job completed by another contractor
