My company AZ Alarm Co is not supposed to work on your system without a service ticket from [redacted].  In order to resolve this issue I would like to send one of my technicians out today or tomorrow to fix the issue at no charge. As well as rebate you 2 months of service. Great customer service and really understand ing staff

Sent an e-mail to the customer today. I offered to come by the house on Monday or Tuesday to add the "promised" keyfobs. Also to reimburse $96 false alarm fee. Waiting to here back.

We had hands down the best customer service experience last night with [redacted]. Complete night and day experience with this company compared to [redacted]. If you have any need at all for home security, please reach out to [redacted]. One of the owners personally came to our home to access our security concerns, at 7 pm in the evening because that's what worked for us! He is an ex police officer, so he knows his stuff. If we ever have an issue with our system, we will call him directly. We paid NOTHING up front for our system. (We paid $500 up front for [redacted] and were royally screwed by them which is why we now chose [redacted]!) We were thrilled when we finished meeting with him. Felt like we had a family member in our home. I don't usually do reviews, but this company is incredible and completely worth it! My parents have had their system for 2 years and love it. No more hassle of having to deal with some huge company who passes the buck when it's their issue to fix! PLEASE remember to contact them!

Review: There have been several misrepresentations from this company. We were promised key fobs which we never received. I just realized that the company pulled a credit report without my consent, knowledge or authorization. To further complicate matters the owner promised to pay a fee which was assessed due to product failure, and did not follow through on promise, after several attempts, this is a last resort.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to provide key fobs which were initially promised, removed credit inquiry which was not authorized and refund the assessed fee of $96 as promised.

Review: We have called this company for at lease one month for service and no one has returned our call. We have an issue with the activity of the alarm system and it has not been working for one month. We want a refund and are very dissatsified with the service and want to cancel our contract with them.Desired Settlement: cancel our contract and credit one month back to credit card.

I have noticed that you have a credit inquiry against my social security # for alarm services which I NEVER asked for and do not know why you would run my credit. This shows on my report on 10/9/2012 by AZ Alarm and 11/3/2012 by Wired Contracting Inc. THIS IS INNACURATE AND FALSE INFORMATION!

I have never spoken to anyone from your organization, I have never provided my SSN to you, I have never inquired about alarm services in Arizona. I live in Washington, not Arizona.

This will be your only request and warning on this.Desired Settlement: Please take your request off of my credit report most immediately as this is an inaccurate inquiry and I will continue to take this to the [redacted] if immediate resolve is not taken. [redacted], [redacted].[redacted].[redacted]

The reason for running the credit check was that [redacted] was a co-signer on a alarm monitoring agreement for a friend with the name of [redacted]. We were given written permission to run credit report. I attached the alarm monitoring agreement. I also called [redacted] on her cell, ###-###-#### to try and contact directly and explain the situation to resolve. Have not heard anything back yet. [redacted]AZ ALARM COMPANY###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9700616, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I returned home today from a week business trip where I was out of the state and received your response attached and the message from [redacted] @ AZ Alarm Company. [redacted] did email me and I did reply (please see enclosed communication). To be EXTREMELY clear, I DID NOT ever act as the co-signer on an alarm monitoring agreement. I NEVER gave written permission to run my credit. I DID NOT give [redacted] or anyone from AZ Alarm Company my Social Security Number. I have NO IDEA how they got it. I NEVER saw the contract that [redacted] sent to me. I DID NOT sign it, I DID NOT provide written permission. [redacted] and his company are providing a COMPLETELY FRADULANT contract and agreement. The contract was written with [redacted] and her mother. [redacted] provided both of their SSNs. She did not provide mine. I was listed as a 3"' contact - NOT A CO-SIGNER! [redacted] told [redacted] he 'needed to take the contract back to the office' to make some changes. [redacted] did not sign the contract. I did not sign the contract. [redacted] and his firm are completely lying and operating under totally false information. I will need to persue legal ramifications on this as he is lying and I did not sign anything and I have no idea how he got my SSN. This is a very big concern for me. This is a truthful account of all situations.

I have shown and presented the customer with the signed monitoring agreement. She still remains in the position that she refuses that she has signed it. I attempted to contact her via phone with no response, and them by e-mail. On e-mail I explained to her that I am willing to do what ever is needed to resolve the situation and make he happy. I have fully canceled her account and billing so she has received a free alarm system. As of now she explains there is nothing with in my power to resolve the situation.
