AZ Alpha Glass & Mirror

Chose AZ Alpha Glass because it is a Revdex.com accredited business. Called two other accredited glass replacement companies, and AZ Alpha Glass offered the best price. They came out and measured the broken window, gave me a quote and scheduled a date convenient to us to have their installer come for the replacement. The installer was right on time, did the job in a minimal amount of time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and the price was exactly what was quoted.

Terrible customer service. My HOA's landscapers hire AZ Alpha Glass to handle their incidences of windows/doors being broken by the landscaper crews. [redacted] (landscape co)contracted with them to fix my shattered patio door. AZ Glass called me, I gave them measurements etc. and we had an appt. time for 12 noon on Friday, 6/13. At 1:30 I had not heard from them and called. I was told they'd call the installer and call me right back.
At 3:15 I called [redacted] and told her I had not been called and no installer showed up. She told me she'd call them and inquire what was going on.
At 3:30 [redacted] called to follow up and asked if they had called me back. The had not. [redacted] said she'd call them back. They didn't pick up her call. I called AZ Alpha at 4:00. I spoke to [redacted], the owner. He claimed they were "too busy". I told him it would have taken maybe 2 minutes for someone to return a call and let me know no one would be coming today. He told me to find another class repair company. I'm glad to do so; I think this company is extremely incompetent. [redacted] from the landscape company was equally disgusted and said they will look at finding another glass vendor. I would never use this company nor recommend them.

OMG! These people came out SIX times and never did get one window fixed. I had 3 windows whose mechanisms were shot (16 years old). These people had been a recommendation from an acquaintance in [redacted]. The first guy that came out to measure ripped a hole in one of the screens. The second guy that came out to fix a window said he had all the wrong parts and couldn't do anything. He did, however, set all the greasy parts on my carpet, staining it. The third guys to come out STILL had the wrong parts. The same two guys came out two more times and never did get one of the windows fixed. I had had enough by then and hired someone else, who came out and measured, ordered the parts, and fixed it on the next trip in less than 15 minutes. Apparently AZ Alpha Glass was using cheap, inferior parts. And their scheduling system and communication with the client is horrible! DON'T HIRE THEM!OMG!
