ON 6/6/a request for service from assurant federal warranty for cust *** *** Claim # *** was made an appt for 6/11/from assurant federal warrantyAZ Audio & Video recieved dispatch from assurant, did call customer to have appt rescheduled and serviced 6/15/between 1- 5,
in which case a diagnoses was done and parts needed ordering,cust had cancelled service w/assurant shortly after and AZ audio & video was not notified of cancellation, therfor a service call/diagnostic fee was accessed to consumer

I am rejecting this response because:  It is not true. Service person did not show for scheduled appointment on 6/15. I was at home waiting and no one came. I have attached two texts that I sent to my wife on the 15th supporting the fact that they did not show. They will not have any paperwork signed by me that agrees to parts, service, diagnostics, etc. because they were never here. Again, after no show no further appointments were made. We were unhappy with them. This is a fraudulant claim that they are making. Thank you again for your assistance to resolve this and to keep this from happening to others. This is not a quality business.
