AZ Best Maids ( [redacted] and ***...Owner Operators) also are sub contracted as painters We had an OK experience with them painting our house via another company When completed we asked [redacted] to paint our wrought iron fence in our back yard that goes around the pool It took [redacted] and a co-worker one day to do the whole fence...which we thought was fast but trusted they knew what they were doing We had rain about days after the painting was done and noticed streaking all along the fence that wouldn't wipe off After closer inspections areas that were black were now fading to a whitish color We texted, left phone messages, and e-mails to AZ Best Maids to come out and take a look and they never once returned our calls or e-mails (Before the job they contacted us the same day when communicating...twice by phone and once by e-mail...so we know the avenues of communication work.) After research it doesn't appear they used a paint specifically for metal, didn't use a primer and only applied one coat Once our checks cleared they did not have the decency to contact us once about the issue of the fading paint They also painted our security door and had the "great idea" to use the trim paint on our house Obviously this isn't metal paint either and we expect it to start peeling any day now DO NOT USE this company!!! On top of the shoddy job the fact that they took our money and didn't have the decency to get back to us or try to rectify the situation shows their lack of integrity
