AZ-Bio is a true blessing. They love people. They are thorough in their evaluation of their

prospective clients situation, abilities, and needs. They highly respect each person's privacy. Their concern is phenominal. They go above and beyond in all aspects of the job to remove enormous amounts of clutter, accumulated filth, and you name it.....with blood, sweat, and tears. Their team is a band of angels beyond description ! Every single one of these guys, ranging in age from early 20's to over 50 worked their buns off with a smile on their faces for days on end. They are highly professional and have a great group of referrals for vermin extermination, construction professionals for rehabilitation of damaged structures. You name it, they got it !! I used AZ Bio to clean an apartment that was in terrible condition at [redacted] I am in [redacted] so contracting and communicating with a company via phone and internet did not, in it self, instill confidence and I was a bit concerned. That said; these people were great. They always didn't what they said they would do on time and on budget. They sent pictures of the job done and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation and a resolution that would meet my satisfaction. My experience was very, very good!

AZ-Bio was easy to schedule the job and pleasantly flexible when I had to change the date with only 24-hour's notice.

When my father committed suicide in May 2014, I contacted AZ Bio. On our first phone call, I was quoted that it would cost $100 an hour for up to three hours. When they showed up the next day, they sent two workers at $100 an hour and charged us for other extraneous fees. Our final bill was over $1800 and we were able to negotiate it down to $1150. We took some of the items from my fathers home to my mothers home to store for safe keeping and a very foul odor started coming from the room. When I contacted[redacted] about them coming back out to re-clean the affected areas, he refused to come back out and was extremely rude and hung up on me. I contacted him by email and had to get a claims adjuster involved and he told me and the claims adjuster they were no longer interested in working with us. I was very frustrated by their dishonesty, lack of follow through and lack of customer service and will ever recommend them to anyone else.

Professional, courteous and honest. They helped us clean up an incredibly large problem home/yard. I felt comfortable through out the entire process, from start to end. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again. Worth every cent, and then some.
